Two Ways to Use Uploaded Files
1. Work Directly with Excel Files
Upload .xlsx files and continue working on them directly in Viete. The existing workbook becomes your starting point—preserve what works, modify what needs changing.
Example: Upload your Q3 financial model, ask Viete to add a new expense category and update all related formulas. Your existing structure and data remain intact.
2. Use as Context for New Generation
Upload any file type to provide context for generating new Excel models. Viete extracts relevant information and uses it to inform the new model's structure and content.
Example: Upload a client proposal PDF and ask Viete to "Create a budget spreadsheet based on the projects and costs mentioned in this proposal." Viete extracts the data and builds the Excel model.

File Size Limits
For optimal performance, keep uploaded files within these limits:
- Maximum file size: 25 MB
- Maximum rows: 100,000 per sheet
- Maximum sheets: 50 per workbook
